How we work
Every implementation starts with an on-site assessment. We document the real process (intake, production, stock, dispatch, approvals) and only then define scope, architecture and timeline. The specification is signed off before the first line of code.
We integrate with the systems the company already runs: accounting, e-invoicing, scales, scanners, existing ERPs. We hand over the system in production, with the team trained, the technical documentation written and the source code in the client's hands.
